On April 29th starting at 12 noon, SIGNING Basics will host a Paint SIGNS & Mocktails event with Deaf Artist, JEM and a workshop with Michael Bane, "ASL Idioms Part 2".

Coined "Silent Paint" by the Deaf Community - No signing nor painting experience is necessary. You can bring along your own food and non alcoholic beverages to munch and sip on as you paint.
This event is followed by an ASL Idioms Workshop, which is a continuation from ASL Idioms Part 1. You will be taught various idioms that are common in ASL and have a blast as you complete assignments given by the instructor. Please note, you do not need to know signs in order to enjoy learning the idioms!
